Uniquely crunchy, biscotti are a Tuscan classic that adds a different dimension to the usual biscuit world. Also known as cantucci, these twice-baked oblong biscuits are traditionally dipped into a drink, often Vin Santo. This version combines a light coffee flavour with chocolate for a mocha vibe and are superb when served with a mug of rich hot chocolate for dipping into. Perfect for a cold winter’s night.
