Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°c and line two cookie sheets with baking parchment.
  2. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Stir in the sugar and chopped chocolate.
  3. Mix the instant coffee with the hot water in a jug, then top up to
