If I’m ever in a French patisserie, my choice is always a tarte aux fruits. Crisp sweet pastry, smooth vanilla pastry cream, topped with jewel-like glazed fruit… I think these tarts are utterly divine. But perhaps you prefer a rich chocolate ganache in contrast to the crisp sweet pastry? Either way, these are desserts with a wow factor. I tend to serve them on New Year’s Eve, and I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
