  • 1 shallot (2 oz [60 g]), finely minced

Method

Make sure these ingredients are chopped extremely fine. This helps prevent the dough from tearing while you gently roll out the parathas.

Combine all of the ingredients. Follow the preceding paratha recipe, and after the ghee is massaged into the atta, add this mixture. Then continue with the remainder of the recipe.
