When I don’t have a marinara sauce on hand for pizza, this is my go-to. It’s a bit unconventional but works beautifully. Use a good-quality tomato paste; I like to buy it in tubes.
Depending on your preference, you can use the olive oil that the anchovies were packed in or just regular extra-virgin olive oil.
