Haloumi cheese, with its incredible texture, makes an excellent base for a very satisfying brunch. Using the marinade given here, the cheese can be skewered on sticks for a barbecue, or simply sliced and pan-fried, and served with salad leaves or our Butter Bean, Pickled Lemon, and Mint Salad.
