Another recipe for chicken comes from Tokhliauri, a cooperative restaurant in Tbilisi that specializes in western Georgian food. Here, walnuts are paired with chicken in yet another rendition of nut sauce. Where bazhe is basic and satsivi refined, chkmeruli is gutsy. This is a hearty, family-style dish that takes very little effort to prepare.
