  • About

Much more interesting than hard-boiled eggs, these eggs are perfect picnic fare, infused with a smoky taste from the fire.

Ingredients

  • one egg

Method

Prepare a charcoal fire.

Place the tips of metal skewers in the hot coals until heated through. With the hot skewers, carefully pierce the shells of raw eggs lengthwise, one egg to a skewer. Place the eggs over the coals and grill until firm, about 10 minutes (depending on the heat of the fire).
