Ingredients

  • 11 ounces chèvre, preferably Montrachet
  • 1 tablespoon heavy or whipping cream

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the chèvre and cream thoroughly. Shape into rounded teaspoon-size balls, about ¾ inch in diameter.
