Ingredients

  • 1 small sugar cube
  • Several dashes of orange bitters
  • ¾ ounce Armagnac or Cognac

Method

Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne glass and sprinkle the bitters on top. Add the Armagnac. Fill the glass with Champagne and garnish with a twist.
