Ingredients

  • 2 ice cubes
  • 3 ounces chilled dry French vermouth
  • 3 ounces c

Method

Place the ice cubes in a highball glass and add the vermouth. Add the sparkling water, stir once, and drizzle in the cassis letting it float down onto the mixture. Garnish with the lemon twist.
