A two-soup combo that creates the brilliance of the sunset—with some of the fire!
Ingredients
6 cups 3 cups
Method
- Heat the two soups separately, until steaming.
- Using two ladles or measuring cups, carefully pour the soups simultaneously into individual soup bowls, so that they swirl around each other but do not blend. If you like, use the handle of a spoon to form decorative swirls.
- Garnish each serving with a dollop of crème fraîche, and serve immediately.
