  • 1 tablespoon frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons

Method

Combine the egg, lemonade concentrate, lemon juice, mustard, and vinegar in a food processor. Process 30 seconds. Then, with the motor running, slowly add the olive oil through the feed tube and process until thick. Season with salt and pepper.
