The flavor of cumin and cider vinegar enlivens bean salads with a southwestern flair. Great to sprinkle on pan-fried catfish, too.
Combine the vinegar, mustard, cumin, garlic, pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Whisk well. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking constantly until smooth.
