  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon

Method

  1. Cook the oil in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole at full power (650 to 700 watts) for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the onion, tomato paste, and vinegar. Cook 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the red pepper. Cover, and cook 4 minutes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the container
