In twenty minutes you’ll have a glistening hot pepper chutney that’s great to serve with food from the grill, or with a Best Western Omelet.

Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, cored and seeded
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored and seeded
  • 4 fresh jalapeño peppers

Method

  1. Cut each bell pepper into 8 long strips. Cut the strips crosswise into ½-inch-wide slices.
  2. Remove the stems from the jalapeños and cut them in half lengthwise. Cut them crosswise into ½-inch-thick slices (with seeds).
