  • cups flaked sweetened coconut
  • cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Stir the coconut and butter together in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
