Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Stir the spices, herbs, and lemon zest together, and sprinkle on a plate.
  3. Combine the butter and mustard; brush over the fillets. Then roll the fillets in the spice mixture to coat well. Arrange on a baking sheet.</
