Crunchy toasted sesame seeds and fresh-tasting scallions complement a sautéed swordfish steak perfectly.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread out the sesame seeds in a small baking pan. Place in the oven and toast the seeds until they are lightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Check after 3 minutes and if the seeds are not done, shake the pan and continue to toast
