We never tire of these, and shrimp are always everyone’s favorite. Your guests will adore you.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons (¾ stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Combine the butter, olive oil, garlic, shallots, chives, salt and pepper, and paprika in a large bowl. Blend thoroughly.
  3. Toss the shrimp in the mixture until thoroughly coated.
  4. Broil the shrimp as close as possible to the flame for 2 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
