These lobsters can be cooked in plain salted water. However, feel free to add chopped parsley, chives, basil, or tarragon; lemon peel; white wine; cracked pepper; and clam juice or fish stock to the cooking liquid for more flavor.
For a more humane approach, you may want to put these crustaceans out of their misery before boiling.
