The perfect summer extravaganza—large pieces of fresh lobster piled into grilled hot dog rolls with lemon mayonnaise. (The rolls that split along the top are the best to use here.)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, fresh or canned
  • 2 ribs celery, diced
  • 1 cup

Method

  1. Cut the lobster meat into ½-inch pieces and place them in a mixing bowl. Add the celery, ¾ cup of the lemon mayonnaise, and dill. Toss thoroughly.
