When we were testing this dish we enjoyed the flank steak, but we couldn’t stop eating the grilled sausage. It’s great looking and great tasting.

Ingredients

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger

Method

  1. In a shallow bowl large enough to hold the steak, stir the marinade ingredients together. Add the steak, and turn it in the marinade; rub marinade into the surface. Cover loosely, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Prepare hot coals for grilling.
