Ingredients: 1 tablespoon jalapeño salsa (see Note); 1 tablespoon molasses; 3 tablespoons dry mustard; 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce; ¼ cup finely grated fresh horseradish, or 2 tablespoons prepared, well drained; ¼ cup finely grated fresh horseradish, or 2 tablespoons prepared, well drained; 1 tablespoon ground tamarind seeds or Worcestershire sauce; 1 tablespoon finely pressed garlic; ¼ cup steak sauce; 1 tablespoon ground tamarind seeds or Worcestershire sauce; 1 cup chili sauce; 1 cup ketchup
