These chops are wonderfully tasty on the outdoor grill, but the same preparation serves equally well cooked under the broiler.

Ingredients

  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled dried rosemary leaves
  • 1

Method

  1. Stir the garlic, rosemary, and pepper together in a small bowl.
  2. Press the herb mixture into the chops so they are well coated. Cover, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  3. Prepare hot coals for grilling.
  4. Grill the chops over high heat, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve immediately.
