Great for marinating vegetables for the grill, this is also good for swordfish steaks and poultry.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fruity olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup

Method

Whisk the oil and lemon juice together in a small bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients, whisking until smooth. This will keep, covered and in the refrigerator, for 24 hours.
