A burger with lots of healthy salad bar fixings. All the ingredients blend together beautifully for a flavorful—yet different—broiled treat.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces lean ground beef
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh spinach
  • ½

Method

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix until well blended. Shape the mixture into four 4 inch patties.
  3. Broil the patties close to the heat source for 3 minutes per side for rare—or longer to taste. Serve immediately.
