This is great for a hot corned beef sandwich. For a variation, use fennel seeds instead of caraway.

Ingredients

  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons warm water

Method

  1. Stir the yeast, ¼ cup warm water, and sugar together in a small bowl. Set aside until the yeast starts foaming, 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Stir both flours, the caraway seeds, and the salt together in a large bowl. Add the yeast mixture, oil, honey, and remaining
