These chive-laced popovers are easy to make and as light as air. They may taste special but you needn’t wait for a special occasion to serve them.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup unbleached al

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Use 1 tablespoon of the butter to butter a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter and set them aside.
