Serve these biscuits, warm out of the oven, at cocktail time or brunch. Be sure to have a fresh chèvre alongside.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces thickly sliced smoked salmon (see Step 2)
  • 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of sugar
