This is one of the richest and lightest chocolate cakes we know. It’s great to balance its velvety sweetness with our spicy Cinnamon Ice Cream. To make it especially festive, garnish your plate with berries—we’re partial to strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Or add flowers—violets or roses are lovely. For extra indulgence, add a dollop of whipped cream!
