Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½

Method

  1. Place the chocolate morsels in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. As the chocolate melts, whisk in the butter and vanilla. Then slowly whisk in the cream.
  2. Cook, stirring, until smooth, 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the sauce to cool. As it cools, it will thicken.
