This fudge is yummy. Be sure to beat the fudge for the exact time called for, or it will become too hard to spread in the pan.

Ingredients

  • cup half-and-half
  • cup light corn syrup
  • 2 cups <

Method

  1. Butter an 8 inch square baking pan.
  2. Combine the half-and-half, corn syrup, and sugar in a medium-size heavy saucepan, and stir well. Add the chocolate, and place over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved and the chocolate has melted.
