Don’t be foolish and limit yourself to cranberries. Fools are easy to make. Whip up the liqueur-flavored cream and fold in the ripest of raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy or whipping cream

  1. In a large bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer until it starts to thicken. Add the sugar and beat until it thickens more. Then add the Grand Marnier and continue beating until the cream is fluffy and forms peaks.
