A tablespoon of cassis adds a richness to ripe summer or winter strawberries. Try not to refrigerate the berries before using, as they may become watery. Decorate these pink confections with candied roses for Valentine’s Day, or scatter pink rose petals is around a little saucer under the soufflés.
