The original Toll House recipe with just a bit of updating. We also like these done in miniature—the size of a quarter. They’re so crisp … we just never tire of them with a big glass of cold milk or icy lemonade.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease baking sheets.
