Ingredients: ½ cup salted peanuts, coarsely chopped; ¾ teaspoon baking soda; 1 egg, lightly beaten; 1 egg, lightly beaten; 1½ cups unbleached all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; ½ cup chunky peanut butter; 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature; 2 tablespoons maple syrup; ¾ cup (packed) light brown sugar
