Ingredients

  • cups peach nectar or juice
  • 4 egg yolks
  • cup

Method

  1. Cook the peach nectar, uncovered, in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole at full power (650 to 700 watts) until reduced to about ⅔ cup, 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature. cover, and refrigerate.
  2. Using an electric mixer, cream the egg yolks and sugar together in a bow
