Ingredients

  • 3 ounces good-quality semisweet chocolate
  • 1 ounce good-quality unsweetened chocolate
  • ¾

Method

  1. Combine both chocolates and the orange juice in a small heavy saucepan, and stir constantly over low heat until melted; do not overheat.
  2. Add the butter and incorporate it thoroughly. (This sauce can be made ahead and reheated at serving time.)
