Puff Puff

This is one of the most popular and well-loved snacks in Nigeria. It comprises dough, spiced and fried until it is a smooth golden brown and its inside has a moist texture. The love for puff puff has grown beyond Nigeria to the eastern and southern parts of West Africa where it is called mandazi.
