Nkwobi is a traditional dish of the Igbos made with cow foot doused in a spicy sauce and garnished with onion rings and utazi leaves. It is usually served in a small wooden bowl. People often say there is no bowl as deceptive as the one used to serve nkwobi, because it gives you the impression that the food is more than it really is. This meal is synonymous with enjoyment, wealth, and good tidings. Best enjoyed with a can of malt or palm wine.
