This Jamaican drink seems to have inspired a legion to concoct the beverage. But oddly, there is no agreement on what the original recipe was, other than something vaguely tropical with citrus and rum.
No two recipes are alike.
Ingredients
2 fl oz 60 ml 2 fl oz 60
Method
Combine the rum, fruit juices, and simple syrup in a shaker. Add ice, shake hard for 8–10 seconds, and strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Pour in the club soda and stir briefly. Garnish with the pineapple spear.
