  • A Fine Pineapple
  • ½ Cupful of Sugar
  • A Plain Pie Paste

Method

Peel and slice into very fine, thin slices one Pineapple. Place with the juice in a saucepan with the sugar, and stew slightly. Prepare a Plain Pie Paste, and proceed in the same manner as for Apple Pie.
