A good supper dish. To speed the cooking time of potatoes, try standing them in very hot water for 5 minutes before putting them in the oven.
Bake the potatoes and put the pulp into a bowl. Stir in the cream then add the whites of the hard-boiled egg, finely chopped. Have ready fried the pieces of bacon and add. Season and put back into potato shells.
Before serving, sprinkle with the chopped egg yolks.
