Cook these on a griddle or in a non-stick frying pan. Excellent with bacon, sausages or just a salad.

Method

When the potato purée has cooled, mix it with the fromage frais, cheese, butter, garlic and salt to taste and turn out onto a floured surface. With floured hands pat to about 1 inch thick. Cut into little rounds with a cutter.
