Tempeh cooked this way tastes meaty and delicious. To go with it, I would suggest Coconut Rice or vegetarian Fried Rice. The best vegetable dish to eat with this would be beans, served with Mild Curry Sauce – make the sauce with coconut milk instead of yogurt if you are a vegan. This tempeh, cut into small cubes after frying, is also good with drinks before you eat.
