The Barbecued Bits

We love to serve tiny, tiny spareribs and chicken wings at cocktail time. They’re messy finger food, but no one seems to care. If yours is a black-tie affair, then these really aren’t quite appropriate, but on other occasions they tend to get nibbled up very quickly. The leftover bones somehow manage to disappear as well, though it’s a good idea to think ahead and arrange for their disposal wit
