Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Peel the apples or not, as you wish, and cut them into thin slices. Melt 4 tablespoons of the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the apples, raise the heat to high, and sauté until lightly browned. Remove from the heat
