Ingredients

  • ½ bunch of fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • ½ bunch of fresh dill
  • ½

Method

  1. Place the parsley, dill, and watercress in a food processor. Chop fine and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Process the spinach in the same way and add to the herb mixture.
  3. Combine the herbs with the scallions, mayonnaise, and sour cream, folding together gently. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
