Ingredients

  • pounds green beans
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾

Method

  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling salted water.
  2. While the beans are cooking, melt the butter over low heat and add the salt, pepper, and parsley. Stir to mix.
  3. Drain the beans and place in a warm bowl. Sprinkle the cashews on top and then pour the butter mixture over the beans. Toss well. Arrange in a serving dish and serve immediately.
